We do everything in our power to ensure that the items you purchase from us are packaged and shipped with utmost care and attention to detail. Sometimes, even the greatest pack job is no match for a two ton van.

Should you have a mishap with your records arriving in perfect condition, we will be happy to replace them. Some items – personalized records, one offs, limited editions – may be impossible to replace. In this instance we will do our best to make up the value difference at our discretion.

Due to the nature of vinyl records being fragile things, we can’t accept exchanges or refunds.
